This is literally my favorite zucchini cake. It’s incredibly moist, naturally sweetened with honey, warmly spiced, and made with shredded zucchini and cinnamon.

I spotted some beautiful apricots at my local grocers this morning and all I want to do is make some more of this apricot tart!
Flaky pastry filled with a light vanilla custard and juicy fresh apricots. It’s great as a light summer dessert or an afternoon pick-me-up. Not too sweet and perfectly tangy.

There’s something about pavlova that feels a little magical. Crisp on the outside, soft in the center, and piled high with whipped cream and fruit.

These Mini Maple Plum Pavlovas were inspired by a basket of golden plums I couldn't resist bringing home from the market. Simmered with maple syrup and topped with fresh fruit, they make a beautiful dessert for summer dinners, special occasions, or simply making the most of plum season.

If you've never made pavlova before, don't be intimidated. The cracks and imperfections are part of the charm. 😊
