I'm usually horrible at posting my work here, as I am more active on the gram, however I couldn't let you not see how sweet and amazing Ben and Sarah looked on their wedding day. I have known Ben for a long time, and I don't think I can think of a time where he has smiled bigger or looked happier. So happy for these two! Ben King Sarah King

The reason I will never tire of portraits is that each person is completely unique-- and you can never duplicate the emotion, personality and feeling they give off. I love working with people to capture them as purely as possible, raw and authentic; pulling out that personality that makes them unique. This was a random photo shoot, we saw the light and couldn't help ourselves but to pull over and run out into the field to capture that golden light. Julie Danielle Tarno is a stunner, so that also helps :)

Anna Cate! my sweet, horse loving Texan friend. Met this babe in Uganda back in 2016. I had just landed to take a role as Krochet Kids intl. photojournalism intern and Anna was just leaving. We had two week of overlap and she gave me one of the best pieces of advice for my role ahead in Uganda. (I don't even know if she knows this). She was taking portraits of some of the ladies and said "they love it when you say they're 'looking so smart'" which pretty much translates as looking freaking top notch, beautiful, handsome. One of the highest compliments. I was nervous of coming in with my camera and being intrusive but that saying stuck with me and I can't even tell you how many friendships, genuine moments, relationships and beautiful captures it led to. Anna Cate Bellington, girl you're looking so smart!

A Tofino Engagement? Nope! these two just celebrated their two year engagement anniversary this past August (2 years Married this November!)! And clearly, they still know how to have fun and be silly.

These beauties were so wonderful to shoot, I think sister shoots are my new favourite thing! With Amy moving away to another province for school this year, Sarah wanted to surprise her sister with a photo shoot so she could have tangible photos to hang in her new dorm (so sweet right!?).

A sneak peak of my three day hike along the Sunshine Coast Hut to Hut Trail! I Had the best time hiking with this rad crew of people! There were 11 of us altogether, some crazies went on to complete 7 days and 11 days (champs). Three days was amazing, but definitely would go back and finish the rest! Highly recommend this hike!
