As photographers, the moment we arrive somewhere, our brains start working overtime.
We’re looking at the light, the landscape, the little details most people would walk right past. We can already see the photo before we’ve even lifted the camera.
Sometimes we’ll ask you to move a few steps. Turn slightly. Wait one more minute for the light to shift.
Not because we’re being picky.
Because we’re watching everything come together in our minds before it happens in front of the lens.
And then suddenly, there it is.
The light hits exactly right.
The moment unfolds.
Everything clicks.
Sometimes all we need is five minutes and a little trust.
And that’s when the magic happens
