I love aurora hunting and have been blessed to see them often during my travels over the last few years, but I don't go out as much anymore mainly due to being busy with a full time job and 2 kids now! But this last few weeks, the solar activity has been amazing and even though I'm no longer living in the north where the northern lights are stronger, I'm blessed to be able to drive 10-15 mins out of the city to still see them! This is from a few days ago, and it's a stack of 95 images to create the star trails!

Happy Independence Day everyone south of the border! Fireworks are one of my favorite things ever that got me into photography! I was fascinated by long exposure photography and wanted to always be able to do that myself! 4th of July is special to me as it's the day I married my best friend! Happy Anniversary babe!!
