My nephew Jon would be turning 40 today. It is amazing how fast the time goes. It is appropriate that he was born on Star Wars Day, because he was a HUGE, did I say HUGE, Star Wars fan. We had to take him to the opening day of every Star Wars movie. Sometimes that entailed coming all the way down to Lethbridge from Fort St John.

He has been joined by Grandpa and Grandma, and his Dad, and if he has his way, they will all be watching a Star Wars marathon, while eating pumpkin pie with whip cream.

Almost looks like a two-headed pelican. Takes a while to sort out that it is two birds. You don't realize just how big these birds are until you compare them to other waterfowl. If you look closely you can see a female mallard in the bottom left hand corner of the frame. And a seagull in the backgound.

Location is the irrigation lake at Craddock, just off Highway 4, just north New Dayton, April 18, 2020.

Somebody has a sense of humour. Located just off Highway 3, near Barnwell.

One of my favorite places to photograph. The Easom place, built in 1905 and lived in as a home until the 50's and then purchase by the neigbours Ken and Irene Welsh who turned reinforced the walls and used it for grain storage. April 30, 2019.
