Going Back to my Roots.

Today I decided to go back to Rattlesnake Point where I captured this amazing Ancient Cedar Tree clinging on a cliff, surviving and flourishing in the harshest environment.
It is now a permanent art display at the Emergency Room entrance in the new Milton District Hospital extension.

It is not only beautiful aesthetically, its message is even more powerful - " Resilience - to hang on to life despite hardship and challenges. It is the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties; toughness." Just like this Ancient Eastern White Cedar Tree.
