This video follows the full journey: the approach through the Trent-Severn Waterway, the entrance into the railway cradle, the overland ride, and the departure back into the water. Rather than adding music or heavy narration, we kept the natural soundscape intact — the quiet of the surrounding landscape, the water, the mechanical movement of the railway, and the calm instructions from the Big Chute team guiding the boat through the process.

Filmed and finished by Knot Normal Productions, the video was colour corrected, shot with a cinematic eye, and edited with clean floating DaVinci Resolve-style labeling to give the experience a polished documentary feel without taking away from the authenticity of the moment.

For this project with HarbourFront Marine, every visual element was generated using AI, with final assembly, pacing, and finishing completed in DaVinci Resolve.

The result is a short, focused piece explaining something many boat owners overlook: after six months of winter storage, systems that appear perfectly fine on the surface can hide problems beneath — discharged batteries, dried impellers, and fluid systems that degrade while sitting idle.

For HarbourFront Marine, the message is straightforward: spring commissioning matters, and identifying winter wear before launch helps ensure the season starts smoothly.
