I'm learning to trust that even when it gets dark sooner than expected, there are magical photos and moments to be found after sunset. In this case, we couldn't have found a more perfect spot, as one of the big things Kat and Nabil loved about their stay in Montreal was discovering new drinkeries to enjoy together.

Would you make friends with a chicken for your engagement photos?

Emilie and Kenjey decided to book a tour of a small local farm for their engagement photos. Their reasoning? "We both love animals, and interacting with them just brings out the most natural joy in us."

The very kind owners of the welcomed the couple for a private educational tour of their family-run farm. And the visit did indeed bring out so much joy in this sweet couple! And I couldn't have been more excited to get to shoot there and enjoy the experience too. 😁

I'm not mad at this out-of-focus shot! Lucky mistake... 😍

Did you all use to play in the sprinklers when you were kids? We used to run through them with my cousins and siblings. It was the best game for hot days. We pretended the rolling spray was a wave coming to crash over us and we had to hold our breaths underwater.

I always hope there's a chance during photoshoots for my couples to find a little of their inner kids and play around in whatever space we're in!

One of my favourites from Ryan and Endgie's engagement session at the Montreal Botanical Garden!

We met at the perfect time for beautiful light near the end of the day! We even had a little trouble finding each other in the garden (we entered at different ends) but it worked out great because by the time we found each other, the light was even more golden.

This spot with the sunlight kissing the flowers and the bees gently buzzing was an ideal scene for a little slow dance, with their shadows stretching out alongside.

Tout beau. Tout propre. ✨

Veronique et Jason se sont mariés en plein pandémie. Une fois que les restrictions se sont un peu relâchées, nous nous sommes retrouvés dans leur quartier pour faire une séance de photos de mariage à leur image: relaxe, franche et avec une grande joie de vivre.

Cette soirée passée avec eu dans les rues et pistes cyclables adjoignants leur maison était l'une des séance de photo de mariage les plus relaxes et l'fun! On a pu profiter du beau temps, faire des photos d'eux tout chic, tout beau et explorer des angles créatifs dans une voisinage où j'ai rarement la chance de faire des séances!
