A few days ago I had a great time photographing a female snowy owl in the wild. She and her mate have set up their winter home near the Canada Space Agency south of Montreal, QC. Every day they can be seen flying around hunting for prey or watching from their preferred perches high up on lamp posts. Magical creatures!
