Hi everyone!

Just wanted to share this piece I did recently as a gift for the best horseman I know, Scott Forward. As many of you know, I love and ride horses, and Scott owns the barn I ride at (Wesgate Park Equestrian Centre) along with the horse I lease, Freddie! I wanted to do a little something for Scott and Fred to show my gratitude this holiday season, so here we have a custom handmade stall sign. The wood is locally sourced from a family friend (thanks Randy!) and cut and treated by my Dad. The lettering is done with acrylic paint marker, and the portrait is a combination of acrylics and coloured pencil leads. I’m so happy that Scott loved it, and thank you to all the support shown by my barn family with this piece!

CAMP CREATIVE STARTS TOMORROW!🏕️

Where: CNA Prince Philip Drive Campus Gymnasium
When: Friday 10AM- 6PM, Saturday 12PM- 4PM

There will be a print sale, snacks and stickers! Myself and my class mates from the Graphic Design program, along with students from Art & Design Essentials, Textile & Apparel Design and Graphic Communications with be there showing off some of the work we’ve done during our time in the program. We’d love to see as many familiar faces as possible to show support!

And the last piece of the day is a special one, so it gets its own post☺️

Recently I was commissioned by a friend of mine, Tyler Humby, to create a cover for his first single, The Caribou!

This was a super fun project, as you may notice I’m more of a portrait artist, so drawing a sunken ship was out of my comfort zone, but Tyler was amazing to work with, he knew exactly what he wanted while also giving me creative freedom. I hope we will work together again on a new project!
