Dance Quest St. John's 2023

I pulled together a bit of a 'yearbook' from the show, selecting my favourite vertical shots of the first 3 days of solos. Turned into 20+ pages!!!

IT'S FIXED!!!

If you were one of the customers who were unable to get your downloads, an email with the fix has been sent to you. Check your mail. It was sent to the email you used to purchase.

If you did not get the message, email me at

and I'll get you looked after. Just let me know what email you purchased under and I'll look you up and get you the code.

I gotta say, there were a significant number of customers affected by this and they were waiting for several days to get what they paid for while others around them had their pics.

- Not one bad word.
- Not one negative comment.
- Many supportive emails and messages.

What a great bunch of people. Turns out that 'crazy dance moms' are actually crazy nice and kind and patient. Thank you all.

STILL STRUGGLING TO FIX EARLY ORDERS

I've not had much luck getting the Saturday orders fixed, and I've even tested sending out refunds through their system, again without success.

I've sent them one last snot-o-gram requesting their help (which probably won't help). If I don't have this fixed in a couple of hours I will start manually pulling together all those orders and sending you links for your downloads.

GOOD NEWS - The system glitch got resolved around noon today (Sunday), so all purchases after that should be delivering files that actually contain your dancer! The orders placed before that have to be manually adjusted by me and then redelivered. That's a one at a time thing, and each one requires a fair bit of time to do. Please be patient, but know that pics of your dancer will be on the way.

UPDATE - FIXED! The purchase link was re-established around noon today (Sunday), and all purchases after that should be happening as expected. I am manually redelivering all the wrong deliveries from Saturday. Please be patient as each one takes a fair bit of time.

UPDATE - The system is scrambling the searches and downloads. I’ve turned off the view and buy link while I figure out the issue. Please stand by.

Dance Quest St. John's photos are uploading!!!

The https://www.actionsnaps.ca/ website link will be activated in the morning, assuming the 22,286 images upload overnight.

There is a big button at the top of the https://www.actionsnaps.ca/ homepage that links you to the instructions for your password. Previewing and purchase is standard e-commerce stuff.

The pricing has been set ridiculously low. We really want everyone to have their pics. Yes, it's true, $27.99 gets ALL the pics from all dances, solos through large groups.
