I just picked up a rain barrel I won from County of Brant ☔️
They help conserve water and save you money if you pay for water use. Rainwater is better to water your gardens with since it doesn’t have chemicals.
Plus if your power is out for 19 hours and you can’t flush the toilet…use the water from your rain barrels. But let’s not talk about last week!
You can buy a rain barrel from the Burford office for $55. Totally worth it.

Just saying Hello 👋🏻 and happy Friday. We had a 19 hour power outage yesterday and I’ve been cleaning out the fridge 😬
We also decided to finally buy a new fridge since this one is 22 years old, leaking water and making strange noises. Nothing like starting this month out with a clean slate (or fridge!).

So I guess you could say we’re starting with the bare necessities 😂🐻
Oh and when did fridges get so expensive!!

Growing up there was always country music in our house and riding in Dads truck. Dolly was on a lot. We watched Steel Magnolias and Hee Haw and the Grand Ole Opry.
It’s strange how even with never meeting someone you feel like you know them. Dolly was one of kind for sure.
