Happy 13th birthday to my incredible girl 💛

I am so unbelievably proud of the person you are becoming. You are smart, capable, and already such a natural leader. Watching you grow into yourself has been one of the greatest joys of my life. And let’s be real — you are an unreal volleyball player! 🏐

But what makes me proudest isn’t just what you do, it’s who you are. You are caring, loyal, and so much fun to be around. You make people feel seen and loved, and that is something truly special.

I could not be more proud to be your parent, and I can’t wait to see all the places this amazing girl goes. The world is so lucky to have you in it.

I want to talk about the power of manifesting…

3 years ago today Mila and I arrived in Nanaimo, BC to start our new life in Vancouver Island, but the manifestation for living the life I have now didn’t happen over night. There were many days where I wondered if I would ever see my manifestations come to fruition. I believed and trusted that what was meant for me was Universal law and so I held my visions of the life I wanted to have - closely and seriously. I knew that I had to have unwavering faith, and belief, but most importantly - I had to take action.

Action is where I thrive. I was constantly putting my manifestations and goals into action. Showing up everyday as if I had those future things. Holding gratitude for all the things I had now (because if you’re not happy with the life you live now, you’re certainly not going to be able to call in more). Journaling as if my dreams were already here. Putting myself into my future visions was by far one of the most powerful tools I practiced.

And just like that… I met the man of my dreams, and 3 months later I had sold my house in Saskatchewan, moved to Vancouver Island, moved into my dream home and started travelling and going on adventures I had been calling into my life since I was a young girl. I have been afraid to show up online and say this - but it’s time to declare it - I’m living my dream life over here. I didn’t know that life got to be this good. Truly.

I’ve never been so happy I my life.
It was the quantum leap of all quantum leaps. Everything made sense because I had seen all of this before but now I’m living it in real time. It’s absolute magic.

This is available to everybody. It’s a lifestyle. It’s a choice. And it’s something that I absolutely love teaching. It changed my entire world and my entire outlook on life and what humans are truly capable of if they do their work. Continues in comments…

My number one priority has been and will always be, being your mom and doing it to the best of my ability.

Being your mom is the best gift I’ve ever been given.

Today and everyday I am glad to be your mama.

Soul Family = Family that you aren’t born into but rather have a soul connection that goes beyond…

I kept getting messages from my Soul Sister that she wasn’t okay. Not interested in celebrating her 33rd birthday - I immediately knew something was up. I could feel she needed me. That soul connection told me to go see her, even though she told me she wasn’t in the right head space to celebrate.

I knew she didn’t need a party or a big elaborate celebration - she needed a slow day with her people… so that’s exactly what we did.

This was one of the most amazing, unplanned, pit stops I have ever done in my life. I love a good wild plan that just works out.

Learning to walk away from what no longer serves me ✌🏻

I took this photo in September 2023 at my Stripped retreat in Tofino. I love this photo… to me it shows growth, anchoring into a new way of being, a beginning, a new start 💫.

Those are the moments I am missing right now. The transformations that happen at the photoshoots I facilitate. The anchoring in of all the “work” we have done to grow. The celebration of how far we have come and how far we will go.

I’m gonna do this thing over the next while where I share my art unapologetically, without getting in my head.

It’s me - it’s not you. I haven’t been showing up here because I have had no idea what to say.

I moved to Vancouver Island fully expecting to continue in my business and take it to new heights and then something happened…

Everything I had ever asked for in my life (outside of business) manifested almost over night…. the move, the new partner, my dream home, the safety and security. 90% of my vision board showed up in real time.

I needed and still need space to settle in to this new life I have created, but I’m no longer allowing myself to hide the work that I do. It’s to important.

While I don’t quite know what all of this fully looks like yet, what I do know is I’m not going to hide my passion anymore.

So here is a photo I took when I was in NYC 🍎 last October.

I can’t wait to share more of the epic images I’ve been keeping to myself out of fear.
