Hello, and thank you for visiting One Big Smile Photography! My name is Justin and I live in Destin, FL which just happens to be home of some of the most beautiful sights and sounds I've ever known. It is incredibly peaceful as well as artistically inspiring and I am sure you will continue to see more and more Gulf Coast inspired pieces in my future. While I have helped out a friend or two with fa

mily pictures and such, I am very much an amateur photographer who is predominantly self-taught and constantly trying to learn and grow with each experience. Before sharing my work more broadly, I wanted people to be able to identify my pieces if and when they spread to those outside my immediate circle of friends and family. I did a little self reflection about how I might "brand" myself as I really wanted to make it meaningful and personal. It wasn't long before I realized that everything around me just seems to give me One Big Smile. I will be using this page to share past and future photography. As this is not a business, my updates may be somewhat infrequent but I hope to share as much as possible. Thank you for your support and encouragement, and I'm always open to feedback!

It's actually a challenge to take a bad picture around here! These are all taken in and around Destin, right outside our door, and just down the road on the beach. It makes for great practice!
