2026 Bookings are now open!

As I begin scheduling sessions for a new year, I’m so excited to be heading back into the studio over the coming months for a variety of in-studio sessions. Studio work feels like home to me, and I’m really looking forward to creating in that space again. Then as late spring rolls in and the weather warms up, studio sessions typically slow down while I head outdoors to fully embrace our beautiful Saskatchewan scenery for Grad and Family sessions. This year, I’m being more intentional with the time I dedicate to each session and continuing to work with clients who truly value my process, trust the creative flow, and appreciate the care that goes into every image. It feels like a really good way to move forward.

I want to have clear intentions and full transparency with those that book with me, as quality will always matter more to me than quantity. My typical turnaround is 3–4 weeks, and during peak seasons it can extend to 5–6 weeks. Every image is hand-edited based on the light, mood, and feeling of that session. No batch editing, no quick presets. If quick turnaround is what matters most to you, I completely understand that I may not be the right fit—and that’s okay.

Below is my 2026 availability, which I will try to keep updated, as spots fill up. To book, send me a message. A non-refundable deposit is required for all sessions, to confirm your booking.

2025 threw a fun curveball my way when I was asked to step into a new role photographing our local Jr A hockey team, the Battlefords North Stars. The organization itself isn’t new to me at all. I actually have connections way back, having worked as their Marketing and Office Manager from 2007 to 2009. The difference this time around? I traded sales and game day promotions for a camera and a front-row view of the action.

It’s been such a blast taking in the games through my own lens. Jumping from family sessions to fast-paced hockey is a bit of a shift, but apparently my photographer brain didn’t get the memo. I still find myself hunting for those split-second moments of laughter, connection, and personality… even when things get intense and the puck is flying.

I’m excited to see how the rest of the season unfolds and to keep capturing the game in a way that feels true to me. And honestly, I already spend so much time at the rink watching my kids and my husband, so what’s one more team to add to the watch list, right?

This is my view on Hockey, but make it human. 🏒

I want to start by saying a heartfelt thank you to all of my clients for your support through the busiest year my business has had to date. This level of growth is something I once only dreamed of, and I’m incredibly proud of what I accomplished this year. That said, it also came with some real burnout, especially as December rolled around.

Between family life, my kids’ busy schedules, personal goals, and running a business, it became clear that moving into 2026 I need to be more intentional with my time and energy. I care deeply about showing up as my best self for every session and allowing space for creativity, connection, and thoughtful editing. I never want my work to feel rushed or mass produced. Creating emotional, meaningful images is at the core of what I do, and that takes time.

So before I open a new chapter for 2026, I wanted to share a little glimpse of what my 2025 looked like. It was amazing. It was overwhelming. It filled my cup and that cup overflowed at times. Thank you all for your continued trust, patience, and support. I’m proud of how far I’ve come, and I’m committed to continuing to grow both personally and creatively each year!
