Summersby Productions is a video production company based in North Bay, Ontario provided by Darren Summersby. Specializing in Directing (stage & screen), video editing & videography, our goal is to work with clients to bring their vision to life in experiential and creative measures that may allow us and the client to think outside the box and explore new ventures. We provide a wide variety of ser

vices and are willing to explore new and different projects that will help us grow as creators. We specialize in content made for social media, short corporate and documentary styles, live and virtual productions and beyond. Summersby Productions sits on the traditional Anishinabek territory, on lands occupied by the peoples of Nipissing and Dokis First Nations whose aboriginal and treaty rights are recognized by the Robinson Huron Treaty of 1850. We are thankful for the opportunity to explore and grow as a business on this land.

Lighthouse & Pine Theatre Collective’s production of The Last Five Years has come to an end.
This was a massive creative undertaking - stepping into producing my first musical - and I’m incredibly grateful to have collaborated with such talented Nova Scotian artists to bring it to life (and in only a matter of 4 days).
I’m excited for this next chapter as I continue to expand my passion for the arts, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds.
A heartfelt thank you to The Sanctuary Arts Centre for giving us a home this week - a beautiful space to play and bring this intimate story to the stage.

Cast Announcement!

Lighthouse & Pine Theatre Collective is so excited to welcome Calum Eddy and Fiona Clancey to the cast of The Last Five Years.

Born and raised on the South Shore, Calum is now living in Toronto, attending Randolph College for the Performing Arts. Happy to be home between academic terms, Calum is thrilled and honoured to take on the challenging role of Jamie at only 18 years old. Recent credits include: Dean, All Shook Up (South Shore Summer Theatre); Tony, West Side Story (Park View Education Theatre); Godwin, Crypthand (Neptune YPCo). You can also find his film debut in Colby Conrad’s Escape The Usual (2023) on CBC Gem (AIFF Premiere; Best Atlantic Canadian Short - Silver Wave Film Festival).

Hailing from Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Fiona is a theatre artist and singer-songwriter. Recent theatre credits include: Mary, Mary’s Wedding (Theatre Arts Guild); Sylvia, All Shook Up (South Shore Summer Theatre); Meg, Little Women (TAG); Wendla, Spring Awakening (SSST). Fiona studied voice at Mount Allison University, and currently trains privately in Halifax. Her debut EP "for what it’s worth" is available on all streaming platforms, and more music is set for release later this year!

Excited to announce that Summersby Productions will be co-producing The Last Five Years this May in Nova Scotia at The Sanctuary Arts Centre!

This award-winning musical by Jason Robert Brown marks the inaugural production of a new theatre collective, Lighthouse & Pine, bringing together artists from both Ontario and Nova Scotia.
