I always have a camera but struggle to post. I think once a trip starts, I focus hard on documenting it but pretty quickly all of that breaks down and I end up living in the day to day (which is probably a good thing, honestly).
I spent another six months travelling this year so I’ve only added to my backlog of photos that never see the light of day. That’s the thing with photography these days - it’s all digital so unless you present it in a digital format (i.e. social media) or make physical prints (nobody has space for 1,000 photos on their wall), they just kind of sit on your computer.
I’ll keep trying to post more and see what happens. At this point, I’ve got a ton of photos edited but nowhere to put them so I’ll just plan on putting them here!
For now, I’ll focus on highlighting one of my favourite countries - Vietnam 🇻🇳
Vietnam has a way of drawing me back, and Hoi An is the heart of it all. The people here are what make this place come alive.
The photos here are of everyday people - the ones who give this place its pulse. There’s no grand story behind them, just life happening. And honestly, that’s enough to keep me coming back.
