šø A Chapter of Gratitude and New Beginnings šø
Six years ago, after having my first daughter, I faced deep strugglesāpostpartum depression, sleepless nights, and the challenge of finding my identity as a mother. Photography became my lifeline, giving me purpose and helping me heal.
Over the past 6 years, Iāve photographed over 300 families and even won awards. Each session reminded me of lifeās beauty, and Iām so grateful for the trust you placed in me.
But as life evolves, so do priorities. My kids are growing, my career in finance is thriving, and Iāve found myself stretched too thin. As a mother, a career woman, and a photographer, Iāve started missing my daughtersā activities and feeling disconnected from their lives.
I also need to prioritize me. When was my last hair treatment? Two years ago. Quietly watching a Netflix show? Three years ago. My life is constantly on the go, and I am exhausted.
With only 24 hours in a day, Iāve realized I canāt do it all. So, Iāve decided to slow down, step away from photography, and focus on my family, career, and health.
But this is not goodbye. Iām still here, watching your journeys and feeling so proud. Seeing the babies I photographed grow into amazing little humans fills me with joy.
To my family: Thank you for stepping in countless times. To my clients: Thank you for letting me be part of your stories. While Iām stepping back, Iāll still take family photos for old clients upon requestāyouāll always have a special place in my heart.
Please feel free to reach out anytime, even just to say hi. Thank you for being part of this journey.
