This little guy is an Immature Golden-crowned Kinglet. Normally they do not sit still for a second. They are cosntantly flitting around looking for Gnats and such. This one was a bit different and not near as active. After I saw the photos on my computer I saw why. It has a deformed leg and foot, poor little guy....
