So excited to dive into this book gifted by

One of the things I admire most about Randi is her commitment to growth, self-awareness, and understanding people on a deeper level.

I love to learn, grow and evolve and have a feeling this book will help me do just that.

Thank you Randi! 💗🙏

It’s been such an honour to work with Carrie-Anne DeCaprio capturing the essence of who she is as she prepares to run in the upcoming Orangeville municipal election.

It’s easy to see why so many people believe in her. She genuinely cares about this community and the people in it.

She’s spent years showing up through her work at the Food Bank, volunteering, supporting local businesses, and advocating for people long before politics was ever part of the conversation.

As someone who also worked in not-for-profit community relations, I know firsthand how emotionally heavy that work can become when you care deeply about people. There were many times I’d privately message Carrie-Anne reminding her to take care of herself too and not burn herself out the way I once did.

That’s probably one of the reasons I respect her so much. Her care for this community is genuine. It’s not performative. It comes from her heart.

In a world that feels increasingly divided, I really value people who lead with compassion, listen well, and bring people together. She does that naturally.

You have my vote, Carrie. 🙏 ♥️🗳️

It's never just a photo and a post.

So many people trying to make everything look so good:

* polished graphics
* perfect captions,
* “on trend” everything.

But in the process, they lose their voice, their authencity, their 'secret sauce'.

And now with AI… so many people are sounding EXACTLY like everyone else.

Clean. Smart. Well written.

You know: em dashes, starting with because, you know.. you've seen it.
None of us talk like that.

And the more you do this, the more your audience is feeling it.
This AI 'help' is diluting your brand and creating disconnection.

People don’t connect with perfect.
They connect with clarity and authencity.
They connect with you.

And if someone lands on your page and can’t quickly understand what you do, who you help, and why it matters… they’re gone.
No matter how good it looks.
AI isn’t the problem.
Using it without your voice is.

Use it to support you, not replace you.

Yours in Brand Strategy,
Stacey ♥️✨

Being a passionate multiprenenur is both exhilarating and exhausting, but when you make headlines in Jamaica, you realize every bit of effort is worth it. 🇯🇲🐾🙌💃✨🙏

It is pretty hard to read in the slideshow, but if you Google Jamaica Gleaner and Marley’s Incredible Journey, it will pop up.

For me, I take a lot of pride for this article but maybe not for what you think. For me, it’s about the collective voices who believe in the story and are passionate about it for their own reasons.

That is what branding is. It’s about the way you make people “feel” ✨

i’m incredibly grateful to become an accidental author, it’s allowed me to flex my skills as a brand strategist, storyteller, and marketer.

And to know that I haven’t paid for one ad in this journey yet, is validating. Because people resonate with authenticity, true stories, and passion. And this story has delivered all of that.

One other important lesson, I’ve learned through this journey is to remain authentic- especially as AI continues to weave through our world. Since the very very beginning. I knew that I wanted to use a talented illustrator instead of AI illustrations. I have heard continual feedback that this is important to people to support real artwork and real stories. I intuitively knew this, but the feedback has been resounding. So grateful to for her talent

People resonate and connect with authenticity. That’s branding in a nutshell.

My goal at the end of the year is to go back and present a check with a portion of proceeds from book sales and see my work translate in the most meaningful way. So grateful for all of the support.

The biggest shift in my brand happened when I stopped holding parts of myself back.

The parts that felt vulnerable.
The stories I knew I needed to share, because someone else might need to hear them and feel a little less alone.
I turned 51 this year.

I still look in the mirror sometimes expecting to see my 30-year-old self…
but she’s moved on.

And yes, there are moments I wish the wrinkles were less,
or my body was smaller…
but I’ve found a kind of peace in accepting what is.

Sure, I still invest in good skincare and take care of my body,
but I care a lot less about perfection… and a lot more about actually living.

I’ve even started having more honest conversations about self-acceptance with my clients. Why? Because it shows up in how we see ourselves, and how we show up in our brands.

Since that changed, I’ve never been busier in my business.

People can feel what’s real.
And that’s the power of personal branding.
Real photos. Real life. Even as we age.

If you’ve been holding back because of how you see yourself…
this is your sign to let that go.

I’ll work with you in a way that helps you feel comfortable, seen, and confident,
so you can show up as you are, and actually feel good doing it.

That sense of freedom is where everything starts to shift.
