A little about me...

Nearly 15 years ago, I purchased my first camera and started this adventure. My own personal story has seen much change over the last decade and a half but I have been fortunate enough to find my truest loves – both personally and professionally. I am a mom, a wife, a daughter, a sister and a friend, and it’s the people in my life that make me who I am. I also manage the youth programming at our local Theatre. Being able to provide opportunity to young people to explore and express themselves through the art has become a personal passion project for me.

Sharyn Ayliffe Creative is the latest chapter in my adventure offering creative, client-centric lifestyle and photography and graphic design for businesses, individuals and families. This includes everything from product photography and fine art reproduction, to professional headshots and family storytelling sessions; as well as logo and promotional graphics design and visual branding for business.

Behind my camera, my love is for the story. I set out each session hoping to catch the moments when you’re not looking… when you’re just being you. I seek out the natural light and use it almost exclusively. I’m grateful for the clients that share their story with me. At the end of every session my hope is always for you to receive your photos and be able to feel the moment, to appreciate the memory, and see the trueness of yourself.
