I almost ignored this spot on my nose because it didnā€™t look like what I thought skin cancer was supposed to look like.

It was small.
It didnā€™t hurt.
No colour change.
I honestly thought I was wasting my doctors and my time.

But it turned out to be basal cell carcinomaā€”the most common form of skin cancer.

Thankfully I caught it really early.

Iā€™m sharing this because it doesnā€™t always show up the way we expect it to.

If you have a spot that:
ā€¢wonā€™t heal
ā€¢keeps crusting
ā€¢bleeds easily
ā€¢looks shiny or pearly
ā€¢or just feels weird

Please get it checked.

Especially my fair skinned, freckled peeps ā¤ļø.
May is skin cancer awareness month. Check your spots!

If the blur on your portrait photo feels offā€¦you can fix it after šŸ‘€
(Only works if you actually shot in Portrait mode in the first place)

This is one of the easiest ways to upgrade your photos without retaking anything. Play with your f-stop and see how it changes the overall look.

A household favourite but the chocolate chips of lack there of might be a sticking point šŸ˜‚

We prefer these over store bought granola bars and they are super easy to make!

Tip 2/10 for entrepreneurs and people who need to be face forward on camera.

Position your camera slightly above eye levelā€”not too high, not too low.

Too low and you get distortion. Too high and it feels unnatural.

This small adjustment keeps your features balanced and flattering.

Simple shift. Big difference.
