There is something so powerful about watching a family grow.

I first began photographing this beautiful family at mom and dad’s wedding, and now here we are years later, documenting another chapter with two proud big sisters and their brand new baby. It is truly such an honour to be trusted through so many milestones and to witness a family’s story unfold over time.

The way the girls looked at their baby with complete adoration. Everyone just had so much love in their eyes. It truly was one of those moments that reminds me why these portraits matter so deeply.

These are the memories that become part of a family’s legacy. And one day, this little baby will be able to look back and see just how deeply he was loved from the very beginning.

A little boy, a timeless storybook character, and the sweetest way to celebrate his very first birthday.

Dressed as Christopher Robin for his milestone portraits, every detail of this session felt soft, nostalgic, and full of wonder. Mom and dad chose the “I’ll Love You Forever” album package, documenting his journey from newborn all the way through his first birthday. It is so magical to hold that album and flip through each page. It truly brings all the feels because there is something incredibly special about watching these moments come together chapter by chapter. Tiny newborn fingers, first smiles, growing personality, and now the joy and curiosity of turning one.

This is why printed heirlooms matter so deeply. Not only to preserve beautiful images, but to tell the story of a childhood that changes far too quickly. Years from now, this album will hold the moments that once felt impossible to slow down.
