📸 Make-Up Photo Opportunities – Last Chance!

If you still need photos for soccer, baseball, softball, fire, or any studio sports sessions, this is your last opportunity for the summer.

Friday, July 24: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Monday, July 27: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday, July 28: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

I may be able to stay later on Friday or Monday if needed, but you must email to book and confirm a time.

As many of you know, I am closing my studio, and my last working day in the studio will be July 29th. I will also be on vacation July 30th – August 4th.

Over the past few months, I've done my best to provide as many opportunities as possible for everyone to have photos taken. I've spread photo days across multiple dates to work around vacations and schedules, accommodated weather cancellations, added reschedule dates, and offered studio make-up sessions whenever I could.

The past few months have been incredibly busy, and I now need to focus on wrapping up the studio, completing the move, setting up my new office, and dedicating August to editing so I can catch up before the fall season begins and have a little break myself.

Unfortunately, I can no longer continue scheduling additional make-up sessions beyond these dates. If you're hoping to have photos taken this summer, please make every effort to attend one of the available dates above.

If you're unable to make any of these times, I truly am sorry, but I won't be able to offer any further studio sports make-up opportunities after July 28th.

Thank you so much for your understanding, patience, and support this summer. I truly appreciate it!

I’ll be set up on Tuesday, July 28th for optional individual player photos (no team photos).

🕔 Time: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
I’m not sure how busy it will be, so there may be a line. If there is, please arrive a little early just in case. The good news is I move pretty quickly—most players take about 30 seconds!

📱 Ordering: There is no pre-order link. Orders are placed at the time of photos by scanning a QR code at my setup.
This photo day is for Tuesday/Thursday soccer groups. But if you missed out last week feel free to stop by.

⚾ U11 Oromocto Baseball Photos scheduled for tonight have been moved to the studio due to field closure.

📍Location: 281 Restigouche RD, front of the Sour Grape building.

MAKE UP PHOTOS (Baseball, soccer, softball)- If you missed your teams scheduled time over the last month, you can also drop by from 4pm-7pm.

(I do have 3 teams dropping by so just keep that in mind but I move pretty quickly)

I’m currently working on securing a second date for the Tuesday/Thursday groups. It's just pending weather and a few rescheduled bookings I already have. As soon as that date is confirmed (I'm hoping for July 28), I'll let coaches know and post the details on my page.

Hey New Maryland Soccer Parents!

We sent out the updated gallery link this morning. It should now include all images that have been ordered so far (excluding team photos and memory mates). If you placed an order and your child's images are missing, please don't hesitate to email [email protected].

I'm heading out to photograph a couple of teams soon but will be back in the studio tomorrow and can look into any issues then.

Forgot to place your order? No problem! You can still use the original ordering link to submit a late order. Just select any of the July 31st time slots, these are not appointment times. They are simply a way for me to collect your order and your child's information if they have already had their photos taken.

We've been getting a few of the same questions, so here's everything you need to know! I will not be able to answer emails while taking photos.

❓ What if we can't make our team's scheduled photo time?

No problem! You can attend any of the three scheduled photo days at Willie O'Ree. Just check the schedule and come whenever works best for your family.

❓ Does it matter which time slot I sign up for?

Nope! The booking time is simply used to collect your order and player information. You can arrive during any of the scheduled photo sessions.

❓ I have siblings on different teams with different photo times. Can I bring them together?

Absolutely! Bring everyone at the same time if it's easier for your family. We're happy to photograph siblings together during whichever photo session works best for you.

❓ We can't make any of the three scheduled photo days. Will there be another option?

We may offer one final make-up date at our Oromocto studio, but the date and time are to be determined after the three scheduled photo days are complete.

This studio session will be a last-call opportunity for anyone who was unable to attend. As we're closing our studio at the end of July and transitioning to on-location sports photography only, we won't be able to offer additional individual make-up appointments beyond that.

Thank you for your flexibility! We do our best to accommodate as many families as possible while keeping hundreds of players and dozens of teams running smoothly.

We appreciate everyone's understanding and can't wait to see you on photo day! ⚾📷
