Let’s talk drag racing!

I covered this event for Drag Race Canada, with a focus on the announcement from Ian Hill Racing Productions. In partnership with Toronto Motorsports Park and Grand Bend Motorplex, they introduced a new five-race IHRP Pro Mod Shootout Series. Many of you have likely already heard the exciting details of this major addition to the local drag racing scene.

Motorama 2026 also featured plenty of on-track action and an incredible variety of vehicles on display, here’s a sampling!

I wanted to share a post from my Instagram page of a creative experiment using original photos from my archives. These are a lot of fun for anyone who grew up collecting Hot Wheels or Matchbox cars like I did. I created replicas of cars that from the 'True North Gassers' crew that race regularly at my home track (Toronto Motorsports Park). Eventually I would like to expand the concept out to include a version for all of the TNG crew. If there is demand for of course... I would like to create posters and other media from these.

Note : These are not actual physical toy car replicas. These are digital recreations of people cars derived from my own photography. For use as either printed posters, or just digital images.
