Baby Teddy at one month 🤍

Never have I had a mother want to leave me a Google review before I’d even left her house and I’m so incredibly grateful that she had such a great experience.

Because I do this all the time sometimes I forget how vulnerable it can feel to have someone come into your home and photograph such an intimate time… especially when you’re still figuring everything out yourself.

She told me that within a few minutes of me arriving she felt completely at ease. That nothing felt staged or uncomfortable, and that it just felt like they were spending time together with their son while I captured it in the background.

And honestly that’s exactly what I want a newborn session to feel like!

One of my favourite sessions forever in a printed magazine!!! Pinch me.

Thank you so much BELOVED Maya · NYC Family Photographer for selecting two of my images for the Summer Issue 02. I’m forever in awe of every image featured in the magazines each season and across their platform, and it’s such a huge source of inspiration for me!

Huge shoutout to my client, who is the sweetest soul ever. Her trust gave me so much freedom to photograph this season in a way that feels exactly like her. Thank you thank you thank you.

I think when you’re busy and always onto the next thing, it’s easy to forget to stop and actually look at how far you’ve come and I’m really proud of myself for this!!

My favourite type of session is your family at home, doing the things you usually do on a regular morning, walking to your favourite spot and just being together. Because one day these little moments will feel like a lifetime ago.

There’s so much beauty in your regular life just the way it is!! (and I’m so grateful for the families who let me document it just like this)

This session was exactly that with the Weber-Fick family. So grateful to document this special chapter with them ❤️

My favourite sessions are the ones where nobody is really thinking about the photos anymore. The ones where you’re completely immersed in your children and whatever is unfolding in front of you. That’s when the photographs start to feel the most like you.
