This family wore green as a nod to their oldest wanting to name the baby “Green”. A small adorable detail that could easily be forgotten with time now documented. A story to last a lifetime.

This little one had an NG tube in and some medical complications. The parents were unsure if they wanted newborn photos. They were tired, she was fragile and it wasn’t the story they expected - should this be documented?

Photos aren’t about documenting picture perfect fake stories. It’s about documenting memories that reflect what life was like in that moment in time and these are their memories.

Don’t wait just because it’s not the newborn photos you imagined you’d be taking.

Babies going home with NG tubes is common and I can work around it. Baby in the NICU? I’ll come to you. Life passes in the blink of an eye, they’ll never be this small again.. no matter what your story it’s worth preserving!

A little bit about me and my journey of becoming your photographer!

Truly 2020 rocked the foundation of everything in my life. I can look back and be grateful for every hard moment because it gave me the strength and opportunity to take a chance on a dream. This dream. From the hardest days of my life I built this business.

There were a lot of late nights and working on an empty tank.. juggling being a mom, appointments, grief, worry and working at a job that was deteriorating my mental health.

My husband was my rock, supporting and encouraging me through it all.

The days are still hard but I’m so happy. This career brings me immense joy. I’ve met incredible people. Telling your stories and photographing your memories fills my cup to the brink.

It helped me find myself in the dark and I am forever grateful. Cheers to another wonderful year ✨
