Turn back time to this maternity photoshoot back in January when there was no snow. We were hoping for a winter wonderland BUT I just loooove how these turned out. It helps when you have such a wonderful couple to work with and a gorgeous mom to be!

It’s me, hi! I’m the photographer, it’s me! 😄👋🏻 I thought I should finally come on here and introduce myself formally. Melis.Marie is a bit obvious but it stands for my first and middle name, Melissa Marie.

To be honest, photography kind of just came into my life super randomly. I kept having reoccurring dreams of being on the other side of the lens. Talked to hubby about it and he said “what do you have to lose?” I thought , “Well, I guess nothing”. So just like that I got the camera, the computer and the rest is history! My true passion is capturing gorgeous spaces but I also love to capture beautiful faces. 😍
