Hi there! 👋🏼 I don’t believe I’ve formally introduced myself!
My name is Jake and I’ve been shooting film for over 20 years now. I work in advertising my day, and when I’m not rock climbing, hiking or running outdoors in my spare time, I love wedding, adventure, and street photography. JLP is where all of those things converge - my love for the outdoors, adventure, love and the refined and luxurious side of life.
I love to seek out the finer details and subtle emotions throughout life. The stories within stories, you know? A glance that tells you everything you need to know, a gentle touch that shares your deepest thoughts, or the happy tear that sums up your entire life’s purpose. These are the things that I seek to capture through my photography.
