"Vanuit Détroit naar Montréal"...
Workout while doing street portraiture in Montreal is one of my favourite combinations. As I ventured towards the Bon Secours Market, I saw this dapper gentleman named Miles with nothing other than a Yashica film camera. I loved his sense of style and knew instantly that I wanted to photograph him. Curiously, Miles is a tourist from...drum roll... Detroit! When we started to talk and I told him that I love his city, we were able to connect. He proceeded to say that this was his first visit to Montreal. Welcome to my favourite Canadian city Miles. I hope you have a safe return to the Motor City.

“Paris is always a good idea!” - Audrey Hepburn

Montréal: the city in Canada where I feel my artistic passion unleashed. It’s also my little piece of Paris without leaving my native country. As I started my workout circuit, I met these two stunning women from Toronto. Although I was in an extremely touristy location of Downtown Montréal, I always address everyone in French first. 😀 I was amazing by these women’s style and asked if I could take their portrait. Thank you for your time and kindness. I loved talking to you about Toronto and my workout circuit there. I hope you loved Montréal as much as I do.
