Winning this once felt surreal. Winning it twice… now that hits different.

I’m beyond honoured to share that I’ve received the Pin Up / Burlesque Award in the Commissioned category at the Association of International Bo***ir Photographers Visionary Awards… for the second year in a row.

This image earned a Silver Distinction, recognized for excellent artistry and meeting the competition’s criteria at a high level.

What makes this one extra special? This image came from a real client session. Not a styled shoot. Not a model day. A woman who trusted me with her experience, her vulnerability, and her vision.

The Visionary Awards are designed so that images compete within their own category and type, meaning commissioned client work is judged alongside other commissioned images. It truly celebrates what’s possible in a real client experience.

Last year, I won this same category in the non-commissioned division with a stunning image of model Mosh. This year feels like a full-circle moment bringing that same level of artistry into a client session.

And here’s something I love… this award-winning image was created back in 2023. Proof that powerful images don’t have an expiration date.

To my incredible client… thank you for trusting me, for showing up, and for absolutely owning your moment. This is yours just as much as it is mine.

Your body is NOT a trend.
And your WORTH is not up for public approval.

Sure, you might tweak something here or there if you want but that’s your choice, not a “societal rule”, not a requirement.

Real beauty is messy, lived in, powerful, soft, loud, quiet, and unapologetically human. ✨
The moment you stop trying to fit the standard is the moment you become MAGNETIC.
