Michelle & Christopher get married this fall and seeing their chemistry at their engagement session got my HYPED!!!

They weren’t afraid to be goofy, or lovey-dovey, and we had the best time hanging out. And they got excited with me when we saw a momma duck with lots of ducklings 🦆🐥 (if you’ve had a session with me you know I like to point out animals and plants haha)

I love their love 😭

When Julia & Erik said they wanted to do their engagement session in downtown Ottawa, I was so excited because there are just so many gorgeous spots I couldn’t wait to show them. We got the dream combo: twinkly lights, a dusting of snow for those winter vibes, and some iconic backdrops.

These two weren’t shy about showing their love, and I loved how they embraced all the sweet, quiet moments. We made the most of every second! 😍

Can’t wait to see them again tomorrow for their wedding at 🤩

Sixteen years, four kids, and one magical, misty elopement ✨

Prescia & Jon officially tied the knot in Almonte last month after building a beautiful family together. While they took their time to get married, Prescia brought the spontaneity by finding her gorgeous dress at just an hour before the ceremony 👰🏻‍♀️🤯

We wandered through some of the prettiest spots in town, with waterfall mist and soft sunlight wrapping around them like it knew something special was happening 🤩

Such a fun, love-filled afternoon celebrating a story that’s already so rich and full ❤️

This was my first wedding of 2025 and I’m so excited about what’s to come!!!

Can I get a little commotion for ✨the details✨

November weddings aren’t the most common here in Ottawa but when you have a gorgeous day like Shawna and David had, I’m not complaining 😍

One of the questions in my wedding questionnaire asks you to set aside all your special details— like florals, jewellery, invites, and heirlooms— so I can photograph them at the start of the day while you’re getting ready. It’s the perfect way to make sure nothing meaningful gets missed!
