Worried your baby might be awake for their newborn session? Don’t be! 🤍

As long as your little one is content, we simply keep going. Most of my poses can be done whether baby is asleep or awake, so there’s no pressure for them to snooze right away. For those extra sleepy, curled-up poses, I save them for later once they drift off.

Newborn sessions typically last 2–2.5 hours, giving us plenty of time for feeding, cuddling, and settling. And honestly some of the sweetest moments happen when baby is awake. Those little stretches, curious expressions, and even the eye contact can be absolutely magical ✨

Every session flows at your baby’s pace, just the way it should.
