Assign a maid of honor and best man to help guide everyone and keep things on track. Share all timelines in one clear group chat so everyone stays aligned.

Plan extra time for getting ready and photos—big groups always take longer than expected. Breaking photos into smaller groups also keeps things smooth and more natural.

Most importantly, set expectations early so everyone knows where to be and when.

I had the chance to photograph a beautiful styled photoshoot in Charleston, and everything about it was pure magic. The colors, the light, and the romantic atmosphere made every frame feel so alive and joyful.
