What is real?
Everything we see, feel, and experience is filtered through our limited sense perceptions. We can only detect a tiny fraction of the light, sound, and energy that actually exists around us.
Our brains don’t passively receive the world. They actively construct it, filling in gaps, making predictions, and shaping every moment based on memory, emotion, and expectation. Two people can stand in the same room and live completely different realities.
Science backs this up. Quantum physics suggests that observation itself influences what exists. Neuroscience shows us that what we call “reality” is really just our brain’s best guess.
So if we literally create our own reality… what are you choosing to create?
✨ The stories you tell yourself matter. The lens you look through matters. You have more power over your experience of life than you might think.
