Meet our team!

Many of you know the voice, and today we present you the face behind the voice: Frank Agostino, our esteemed Canadian hotline technician. Frank has been with us for 21 years, speaks three languages (French, English, Italian), and holds the position of Technical Service Representative Level 2. Always cool, calm, and collected, Frank’s invaluable knowledge has been integrated into both US and Canadian projects over the years, in addition to assisting countless customers daily. He is a cherished member of the Noritsu Canada team, and we greatly miss him whenever he takes a well-deserved vacation!

In the coming months, Frank will be particularly busy with the ink conversion project, a task he is deeply knowledgeable about, ensuring our customers are in excellent hands. Keep up the great work, Frank!
