Dear 2025 brides,
We have experienced a loss in the Ottawa wedding vendor community – our beloved makeup & hair queen Jacquie K Mathers has passed away.
Her client management company has informed us that due to privacy laws, they are unable to grant account access to her account, so we are being proactive about gathering client info to make sure that all the bridal bookings are handled smoothly.
The artists on her team and our whole community of artists in Ottawa are ready to step in on her behalf to make sure every bride booked with Jacquie K. has the fantastic beauty experience you envisioned, but we need to connect with you to iron out details to be able to do so.

Hi Beautiful People, Vendors & Wedding Couples!

After some thoughful consideration, there will be a pause for the February 2024 Ottawa Valley Wedding Show due to some milestone family commitments.

So, I’m asking if you still want to participate in the show if there were an alternative date in late March or Early April? Or wait untill next year? Vendors please give me your feedback.
