If you saw me on Sunday, then you saw I was on crutches and in an air case. Why? Well, I tore my calf muscle last weekend (ouch).

I am going to need about 3 more weeks (I am down week 1!!) before I am walking totally normal again. I should be out of crutches after next week. If your session was in August - I’ve already reached out to reschedule. September is now full and October is still full.

November is currently wide open - so if you’ve been on the fence, now is the last chance to book a session! All tips and profits are going to physiotherapy 😅

Please bare with me and my limits in the upcoming months. As you know, I always try to go above and beyond for each client. But, I will have to be very careful in the upcoming months to not get re-injured. Uneven terrain, hilly areas, and lots of walking will be difficult for me and I will be slower than normal.

NOVEMBER IS OPEN ✨

After lots of inquiries and requests for session dates, I’m officially opening up November!

If you’ve messaged me about a session but haven’t officially secured your date yet, now is the time to make it happen. My November availability is limited to just four Saturdays and four Sundays, starting November 7th.

Dates are booked first come, first served, and your spot is only secured once your contract has been signed.

If you’ve been waiting for the right time to book, this is your sign. Once these dates are gone, 2026 is full.
