Capturing surprise proposals are so rewarding + fun! 🥺 Typically, a few weeks ahead, I will go scout the location with my assistant Roo, field day 🐕 Then I will send over photos + a pinned map point so there’s no confusion on where to go. Finally, we’ll go over the ex*****on style, and then it’s all about the yes! I’ll be there capturing it all as it happens + a few portraits after ✨🤍

Big fan of private vows during your first look 🥹🧡

I love this idea for so many reasons, both practical and personal, but here are some reasons to consider:

• less pressure, more authenticity. Public speaking not your thing? Say exactly how you feel with just you and your partner, no audience, no nerves.
• you can be completely honest and speak from the heart. No need for poetry. Inside jokes? Totally welcome.
• an intimate moment that’s all yours. this might be the only private time you get together. Bonus: it makes for some of the sweetest, most candid photos. 🥹
• you can take your time. Cry, laugh and feel your emotions unfold naturally rather then trying to keep it together infront of an audience

I highly suggest doing private vows with your first look and Having your photographer capture it respectfully from a distance. 🧡

This one is truly special. 🥹🍂🍁

I met Chloe and Edward over a year ago for their engagement session, and since then I’ve been lucky to be a part of so many moments in their lives; their wedding, family gatherings, and now this beautiful maternity session. Soon, I’ll get to celebrate their baby shower and meet their little one for the newborn session 🥹

Being trusted with these milestones is an honour I don’t take lightly. There’s just something so special about being invited back into someone’s journey through life. 🧡 Moments like these remind me why I do what I do. Thank you Chloe and Edward for letting me capture of your story. I can’t wait to meet your little one 🫶
