Unpopular opinion—
make work you’re proud of offline.

Not everything is meant for the scroll.
Some things are meant for the quiet exchange
between you and the people who trusted you.
Some things are meant only for you—
a private language, a soft place to land.
And yes, some things are meant for an audience.

But the landscape keeps shifting beneath us,
and lately…
the deeper joy has been in the giving—
in seeing a client feel seen—
more than in the posting.

Still, there’s an irony we can’t ignore:
to be visible is to be found,
to be found is to keep going.

So we learn to hold both—
the sacred, unseen work
and the work that meets the world.

A tension, yes—
but maybe a welcome one.

After more than 10 years photographing weddings, this is the experience I care about creating:

• A timeline that gives you room to breathe.

• Someone who notices when you’re nervous, when things feel intense — and steps in to steady it.

• Holding space for your boundaries when you don’t want to be the one enforcing them.

• Making sure you get the editorial shots you love — without turning your wedding into a production.

• Keeping you grounded and calm when you’re pulled in every direction and cheering you on when you need it.

Beautiful photos matter.

But how you feel that day matters more.

Spent this morning learning from the incredible about leaning into discomfort and doing the things that sometimes feel scary as ever evolving artist/human.

Grateful to always learn, and most importantly, grateful for the safe spaces my clients provide for me (as much as I for them) to step outside of my comfort zone and push myself creatively. It truly has been the best adventure.

SELF LOVE REMINDER: Your love is enough. Your laugh. Your eyes. Your skin. Your joy.

Sometimes it’s easy to get lost in the sea of picture perfect super model wedding photos and we put the pressure on ourselves to be “perfect” for photos.

As a photographer, it’s so important to me that people feel held, safe and embraced for who they are. I want to be someone who creates spaces to heal and embrace who they are. I’d like to be the photographer that reminds you existing fully as yourself is the most interesting, inspiring and courageous way to live.
