Watching these women compete is a reminder to me that toughness isnt boastful. These women showed up, showed support, were kind to their horses and others. Barrel racing is a breed of its own. It takes grit, fast horses, mistakes, kindness * to yourself & of course others, hours and hours of practice and it is to be respected with high honour.
Here's to the badass barrel racers who make it look easy... even though most of us know it isn't...
