Those wide eyes, the gentle little touch (most of the time 🫣) the pride that radiates from the siblings who just became someone’s whole world — that is what I live to capture!

Every newborn session I offer includes the whole family. Because a baby doesn’t arrive into a room — they arrive into a story that’s already being written.

The first days are gone before you know it. 🥹

Newborn sessions are most magical within the first 10-20 days of life — when babies are sleepiest, curliest, and most poseable. That window is fleeting, and once it’s gone, it can’t be recreated.

Here’s why booking ahead matters:
✨ Sessions fill up 6–8 weeks in advance (sometimes longer during peak seasons, May, September and December especially !)
✨ Pre-booking during pregnancy lets us hold a flexible due-date window so we capture those first precious days ✨ You’ll have one less thing to worry about when baby arrives I want every family to have these memories — but I can only take a limited number of sessions each month to give each baby the time and care they deserve.

Last month around this time, I was getting ready to shoot the BC Country Music Awards winners, and presenters as they came off stage!

I asked my associate photographer, Marina, if she wanted to join me and I had no idea that she was such a huge country music fan !! It was exciting to have her there with me!!

Share the most unhinged thing that you did during your pregnancy?
*I cried, after I stepped on an ant in my house, thinking about how sad his mom would be when he didn't come back to the anthill....🥹😆
*I also stopped eating eggs, because I felt bad eating chicken babies...but didn't stop eating any other meat.🤣

Funniest story gets a treat from me on Friday!!
