I wonder how many little things you do every day that actually started with someone else.

Maybe it’s your mom, your grandfather, a teacher, your best friend, your child, or someone you only knew for a short season.

Who is someone in your life whose fingerprints are all over the person you’ve become?

So much of our legacy is created this way.

We carry pieces of people with us.

Their sayings become our sayings, recipes end up in our kitchen, lessons influence how we raise our children, and sometimes we even catch ourselves making the same facial expression they used to make.

It’s one of the reasons I love photographing people so much.

Every person who steps in front of my camera carries an entire history.

I’d love to know about someone who left their fingerprints on you.

Who are they, and what piece of them do you still carry? Let’s use this post like a little legacy archive ❤️

If this has you thinking about the pieces of your own legacy you’d love to preserve, I’d love to help you turn them into artwork you get to live with now and carry forward for generations.

I believe women change the world when they remember who they are.

That’s the thread weaving through everything I create.

I work primarily with mothers and matriarchs because they’re not just living their own lives; they’re shaping the generations that follow them.

To me, that’s what legacy is.
It’s less what we leave behind one day and more what we embody today.

My photography is where that becomes tangible.

Although we do create beautiful portraits it’s more about creating the space for a woman to see herself, often in a way she hasn’t in years.

Those portraits are transformed into handcrafted heirloom artwork that becomes more than something hanging on the wall.

It becomes proof of who she has always been beneath the expectations, the roles, and the conditioning. The heirloom art becomes statement pieces for the home, setting the foundation for many conversations to come and holding the energy of the home.

It becomes a daily reminder for her, everyone around her, and a legacy for everyone who comes after her.

Everything else I create whether it’s subconscious work, conversations, or experiences, exists to help women return to that place within themselves.

If you love legacy as much as I do, I'd love to invite you onto my podcast Connections By The Root to talk about how you've built your legacy and how you've become the wildly authentic person you are today.

I can usually tell which photograph is going to become someone’s favourite before I even press the shutter.

It’s never because of perfect light or the perfect pose.

It’s the moment something softens and their shoulders drop as their breath deepens.

The smile they were trying to make disappears, and the one that belongs to them quietly arrives.

Most people think they’re uncomfortable in front of a camera.

However, I don’t think that’s true.

I think they’re uncomfortable being witnessed.

There is a stark difference.

Over the years the camera became the least important part of my job.

My job rooted into creating enough safety that you forget it’s there.

That’s where the legacy comes alive.

People come to me in need of a photoshoot, but it becomes so much more than that.

They’re booking a moment where someone finally slows down long enough to truly see them.

I’ve watched mothers exhale for what felt like the first time in years.

I’ve watched couples soften toward one another without realizing the camera was still clicking.

I’ve watched entrepreneurs stop performing and start embodying the person they’re becoming.

The photographs are never the point.

They’re the evidence.

Evidence of who you were when you stopped trying to be enough and simply allowed yourself to be seen.

That is why people cry when they open their galleries.

Because they recognize themselves, for the first time in a long time, perhaps in a way they never have before.

If you’ve been feeling the pull to document this season of your life, your family, your business, or simply yourself, consider this your invitation.

Legacy isn’t something we leave behind.

It’s something we choose to create today.

My books are open.

I’d be honoured to witness your story.

I’ve noticed something fascinating over the last decade.

Before clients say a word, I often know exactly what they’re need to hear.

During their sessions, conversations unfold that they later tell me changed the course of their lives.

I don’t spend much time trying to explain it. I simply make space for whatever wants to emerge.

There’s a reason my clients cry when they see their photos.

Hi, I’m Olivia!
The psychic photographer.
During your photoshoot, my camera and I operate as a channel to connect to your guides. Messages come through two ways: as downloads within me, and as light flares in your photos that shouldn’t even be possible.

I guide you to connect to your subconscious to open the aperture of your body so more of your soul’s light can come through the lens.

Connecting with your subconscious during the session ensures that you walk away with photos that you absolutely love and adore.

Because it never has anything to do with how you look in photos when you say you don’t like them.
It has everytbing to do with the energy that you’re holding deep within.

Your favourite images from your experience are then turned into heirloom mixed-media pieces of art for your home. So that the light of your legacy can be seen every day.

Past the personal portraits experiences, which for entrepreneurs can also create the most magnetic branding photos you've ever had;

I specialize in capturing families and couples legacies and crafting them into timeless art.

As well with animals with almost two decades of experience with working with animals with behavioural problems.

Pleasure isn’t the reward for surviving burnout, it’s the cure.

Your body is multi-orgasmic by design. Burnout is what happens when you forget that.

A deeply rooted pleasure that originates from within your body is a female nervous system necessity, not luxury.

Not the consumerism kind, not the bubble bath and glass of wine kind.
The structural kind.

The kind that regulates your hormones, harmonizes your body, and builds actual capacity instead of just numbing you out for twenty minutes before the to-do list comes back.

In this class we’re going to meet the version of you who already knows how to live this way. She’s not ahead of you, she’s beside you, waiting for you to start choosing pleasure like she does.

You don’t bloom once conditions are perfect. You bloom because becoming is your nature

You won’t be the same after this free event.

One time my truck went clunk, and my tire came bouncing down the road rollin’ on by.

That’s what it can feel and look like when life is screaming at you to slow down.
To stop rushin’.

I forgot to tighten my lug nuts after rotating my tires, because I had a to-do list a mile long and my brain was all over the road.
I told myself I’d come back and do it but I didn’t.

The tire held on for quite some time.
Just like you’re doing right now.
But after awhile, if you don’t have foundation rooted (or screwed in) the wheels are going to come off.

The trucks story came to end with fluids leaking everywhere, fumes and exhaust coming through the vents, and a radio that would only play the instrumentals from a song.

The point here is our external reality matches our internal reality.

Burnout can look like having a scattered brain.

It can look like being tired before the day even starts. Running on auto-pilot. Maybe praying for that caffeine to kick in.

It can feel like being overwhelmed by that daunting to-do list, and the weight it puts on your shoulders of feeling like you’ve got all these responsibilities you’ve got to somehow do.

It can also look like problem piling up after problem.

So, how do we actually slow down and move through life with ease? Because let’s be real. That feels damn stressful when you’re holding all this weight.

Well, I’ve got the answer for you.
Together during Burnout to Blooming we are going to build your custom roadmap to your most radiant and rooted blossoms you’ve seen yet!

She wrote four words on her sign up form that stopped me in my tracks.

Permission for abundance, without selling my soul or all of my time.

Read that again. It is SO powerful. How many of you can relate?

That’s a woman who has been giving away her soul and her time for so long, in exchange for scraps of abundance, that she’s finally naming the trade she’s done making.

She also told me where her burnout lives. Upper back. Shoulders. The exact place you carry things you were never meant to carry alone.

I read that and thought about how many of us are walking around holding the weight of everyone else’s needs in our shoulders, wondering why we can’t just relax, why the tension won’t release even on a good day.

It’s because the tension isn’t really about today but about how it accumulates in every day you didn’t set it down.

We are less than 24 hours out from Burnout to Blooming, and honestly? I’m buzzing.

So many of you have said yes to this.

Yes to naming what burnout actually feels like in your body.

Yes to figuring out what abundance looks like when it doesn’t cost you everything.

If you haven’t signed up yet, there’s still time.

Tomorrow, 5 to 7pm PDT.

Comment ✨ and I’ll personally dm you the sign up form.

Tag your friends who need this, bring your tribe and walk away having met even more of your soul sisters with this event.

Your appearance is dictated by how you feel on the inside. Your energy shapes the way your body & even your skin holds itself.

This approach of subconscious reprogramming in my photoshoots is how I create photos you absolutely LOVE of yourself!

And? The best part is you get to experience your reality re-organize itself to match your new internal state. The dreams and wishes you've been waiting on? They start arriving because you now live as the version of you that knows you already have them.
