In photography, when you hear "it's all about the light" it means the quality, direction, and colour of that light that dictates the mood, depth, and emotional impact of an image even more than the subject itself. This light is magical, something that could never be recreated in a studio. I was thankful the timing of Leah's prom photoshoot lined up with the light of this storm coming off the lake.
