In home shoots with fresh babes and new parents are so precious and one of my favourite shoots to do! Some things to consider for your newborn session:
✨ Natural light: it’s so important to have spots near windows to ensure we have light and clear images
✨Have a few spots in your house to capture your memories. Consider what’s in the background too since that will likely be caught in the photos. Some ideas: bedrooms, nurseries, couches in the living room, etc
✨Have any special items, like that crocheted blanket from nana, your childhood baby toys/ hats, stuffies, etc, ready for having in the photos if you want them featured
✨ Most importantly: be ready to hangout as a family and have some fun. The last thing we want is to have you or baby feeling stressed. We can take breaks for baby to eat or change a diaper.
