There's something sacred about being invited to quietly witness someone's private vows.

No audience. No timeline. No performance. Just two people fully committed to the other, saying the things that matter most. Quietly. Intimately. Tenderly. Honestly.

Moments like these remind me that wedding photography is about so much more than pretty details and perfect poses. It is about preserving the feeling of a moment your future selves will want to return to someday. The moments that can't be recreated. The in-between breaths. The pauses to wipe away happy tears. The gentle touch. The loving encouragement.

There's something incredibly emotional about photographing a family in the home where their story was built.

The walls that watched them become parents. The hallways filled with tiny footsteps. The kitchen where everyday moments became lifelong memories. The rooms that held sleepless nights, growing babies, laughter, comfort, and so much love.

This session was more than photos before a move -- it was preserving a chapter. A goodbye to the home where their children were born and raised, and a way to hold onto the feeling of this season forever.

This family radiates warmth & genuine kindness, and have me forever smiling. Their two little boys stole the show with their energy and charm, running around with the kind of joy only kids have. Watching them wrap their arms around mom’s growing bump made this session so heartwarming and unforgettable.

If you haven't, be prepared to be swept away.

They are one of the kindest groups of genuine humans you will ever have the honor of knowing, and you will walk away feeling like part of the family.

Kienan's getting ready portraits were a whirlwind of emotions, as well as many fun, intimate connections. An abundance of excitement, the tiniest hint of nerves and unsurprisingly, an eruption of spontaneous song which can only portray the immense amount of joy in the room.

It was my absolute pleasure to be a part of these memorable moments on Tia & Kienan's beautiful day. ox
