First off, I want to thank everyone who supported my small business in anyway over the last few years.
I had a dream when I was 13 to become a photographer and have been so lucky to live that dream.

My love of photography started when my family got me a film camera from a grocery store. I instantly had a passion to create images, and thankfully enough I had some willing siblings who modelled for me. Their support in my very early years as an amateur photographer gave me the encouragement I needed to see where this could take me.

I have had the incredible opportunity to witness and capture couples saying I do; and then only a few short years later, witness them as new parents when they would bring their newborn in for pictures.
I was able be apart of watching them grow as they would come for their sitter sessions and cake smash sessions.
Last month, I had the joy and honour of celebrating with kindergarten graduates and this month with high school graduates.
This job has blessed me with so many wonderful memories and moments.

But sadly, I have decided to close my business down.
This decision has not been made lightly and something we decided as a family. My children are growing so quickly, and I want to be able to spend my free time with them as much as possible before they are to cool to hang out with mom.

Hello friends,

For the past few years I have had the absolute honour and privilege of photographing your most amazing moments.
From newborns to wedding and everything in between, you have invited me in to be apart of these moments and I can’t thank you enough.

For the last year and a half I have been trying to juggle working full time hours as a CCA, full time hours as a photographer and still being the best wife and mother I can be to my family.
This past summer when we lost my Auntie to Cancer and a friend from church so suddenly I felt it on my heart that I need to take a step back and focus on my family and my health and to work on finding balance that works for my husband children and myself.

So what does this mean…
I will still be photographing the sessions that are already booked but I will not be adding any new sessions to my calendar except for cake smash and sitter sessions until after January.

Christmas minis are November 4th & 5th with a few spots still available but I will not be adding more dates for those.

I can’t thank you all enough for the amazing support you have given my small business and for the love you have shown me through out the years.
