Our storage policies are changing due to new ai integrations. The prices have gone up substantially and long term storage is no longer something affordable for businesses. Where we could once keep images on drives, ai is requiring more and more expensive and high tech storage solutions.
We do not want to have to substantially raise our prices where our clients can’t afford to have their memories captured anymore.
Here’s our solution 🙂
We are going to be sending out statements to all current clients that we will be changing the storage lengths.
Policy changes:
Clients have 3 months to buy extra photos, once photos are chosen after 3 months, we will store edited final photos for 1 year.
The one year storage is an online download, final photos.
Original photos (RAW data) will only be kept for 1 year on cloud or drives. Once 3 months has passed, there is no guarantee of re-edits.
Clients can pay monthly storage fees to keep their images backed for longer periods of time.
Clients are highly recommended to store their edited photos on SSD drives or online cloud storage for longer terms term safety 🙂
If clients need any help with saving their images or data, we will be of help at no extra charge 🙂
Our prices will remain the same and we will absolutely be backing all client images. Please be diligent in downloading and properly storing your memories 🤎 ask if you need any help! We are here to make sure your memories last 📸🙌🏻
**note/ this doesn’t mean we delete data. We will store edited photos only on long term storage drives, but there is never a 100% guarantee of retrieval. Retrieval fees will apply after 1 year**
