One thing I love about photography is that I can go through a collection once, then come back to it and see something completely different. A look, a detail, a moment I passed over the first time suddenly catches my eye. Going back through these Gypsy Vanner images reminded me that sometimes the photographs worth keeping are the ones waiting to be seen a second time. ❤️🐴📷

One of my favorite photographs from my Everest Base Camp Trek. We were walking across the rock-covered Khumbu Glacier toward Base Camp, surrounded by ancient ice and some of the highest mountains on Earth. If you look closely you can see the tiny trekkers ahead, completely dwarfed by the landscape up on the ridge. In the distance Mount Everests Peak is visible behind the peaks. A moment that truly puts into perspective just how small we are in this incredible world.
