It rained all day yesterday, but a few hours before the session, the clouds broke and we were given the most beautiful evening for photos!

Sometimes it's in the piggyback rides, the cartwheels, the cuddles, and the moments nobody planned.

Especially to my dad (the first photo ❤️), who is always there for me, supports my little business in so many ways, and is still the person I call when I need help at 28 years old. 😆

This session was pure chaos in the very best way. Running, cartwheels, climbing trees, airplane rides, and endless giggles.

And that little redheaded baby girl? Last summer I photographed her birth. 🥹

Watching families grow from newborns to toddlers to big kids will never stop feeling magical.
The photos turned out beautiful, but the memories of chasing these kids around Coronation Park might be my favorite part.

One of the biggest misconceptions about in-home sessions is that your house needs to be spotless or magazine-worthy.

Looking at these images, can you tell me what the rest of their house looks like?
Neither can I.

In-home maternity and newborn sessions focus on connection, tiny details, and the season you're in—not perfect decor.

Your home doesn't need to be spotless. Trust me, I have three kids and absolutely no right to judge. 😆

Bonus: everyone is usually more comfortable, newborns stay cozy, and toddlers can be themselves.
